Back Bay Aggregation Program Return to All Projects
Novaya Real Estate Ventures and its local operating partner, Urban Meritage, LLC in joint venture with a prominent state pension plan is embarking on a third-generation program to acquire and re-develop $300 million of mixed-use assets on and proximate to Newbury Street in Boston. Newbury Street is widely regarded as the premier retail corridor in Boston. While predominantly known for its boutique retail, it also consists of over 800 units of housing (both for-sale and for rent) and over 200 office tenants. As with predecessor programs, the Sponsors will seek to create value through scale, creative redevelopment, and operational economies.
